内容分析

本单元的主要内容是学习中国的四个传统节日，知道节日的名称、节日的时间以及人们在这些节日从事的活动。要求学生在第一课时会听、说、读这些词汇与句型，以及在适当的情景中正确运用。

课时目标

1. 通过学习，能听懂、会说、会读单词：call, Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Double Ninth Festival, rice cake, dumpling, moon cake, rice dumpling并会运用这些单词描述节日。 

2.通过学习，能听懂、会说、会读句子：The ...is in ... or ...People ...People eat … at this festival，并能自由地表达在人们在节日的活动和习俗。 

3. 能朗读和尝试复述课文。 

4. 能设计自己喜欢的节日并综合运用本课时的词汇和句型进行描述。

重点难点

1.句型：The spring festival is in January or February. People eat dumplings at this festival.等

2.语音：字母组合th在单词中的读音。

通过课文标题让学生发散思维自己提问题，带着问题引入文本。   

指导学生用速记的方法快速记录文中有哪些节日。  

引导学生根据关键句将节日和时间配 对并进行描述。  

精读课文，理清文章脉络，获取信息。在学生获取信息，反馈信息的过程中处理文本的一些细节知识，让学生更好的理解整篇课文的重难点。

绘本阅读为学生自己设计喜欢的节日提供素材。

让学生画出自己憧憬的一个节日的思维导图并运用所学句型进行描述，发挥学生学习的主动性和创造性。
