一、教学目标

1.语言能力目标:

能运用第一课时所学单词以及当堂所学hill ,lake ,bridge, ride a bike, walk the dog, have a picnic等谈论公园中的事物和活动。

能熟练运用句型 What (else)can you see in the park?

I can see ……What can you do in the park? I can …讨论在公园的所见和活动。

2.文化意识目标:

通过本课的学习,引导学生感受公园之美,享受公园活动乐趣,培养学生热爱大自然的思想感情。

通过对公园活动的讨论,产生对不会做的事情愿意试一试的积极愿望。

3.思维品质目标:

能通过看图想象公园中能开展的活动,培养学生的发散性思维。

能根据图片、关键词,归纳文本信息并形成自己的想法和观点。

能根据自己的经历,描述去过的公园,表达自己的喜好。

2.学习能力目标:

能通过观看视频、观察图片获取关键信息,正确区分河与湖。

能运用can 句型并按照一定规律完整介绍一个公园。

能主动与同学合作,共同谈论公园风景和活动,并予以恰当的评价。

三、教学过程

Step1. Warm up(热身运动)

1. Share the students pictures of parks.

【设计意图:课前学生互相欣赏彼此画的公园的图画,感受画画和分享带给大家的快乐,同时为本课用英语讨论彼此画的公园作铺垫。】

2. Know sth. about the new teacher.

T:I’m Miss Huang. I like English, and I can draw picture. Do you want to have a look at my picture? (ducks,fish,trees)Where can you see them ?

S: In the park.

3.Review story time

T: In Unit 4 story time, who are in the park?

S: Mike and Tim are in the park.

T: What do they do in the park?

S: They draw pictures.

T: Drawing in the park is a good idea. But what can Tim draw and what cant Tim draw, and why?

Look at the pictures and try to retell.

【设计意图:根据书本图片,以同桌对话的形式复述课文内容。并相机让学生拼出storytime中新授的单词,通过情境再现和单词再现的方式,帮助学生巩固第一课时所学单词句型。对应前置性评价目标1-

Step2.Presentation (理解活动)

1.Know more things in the park.

T: In the park, Mike and Tim can see a river, Can they see a lake too?

  What is a lake? What is a river? Lets watch a vedio.

Can they see a lake?

S: No, they cant.

T:They cant see a like in the park, but they can see something else.

   Look at this picture, what else can they see in the park?

 

 

S: They can see some fish?

T: Where are the fish?

S: They are in the river.

T:So can you say a whole sentence?

S: They can see some fish in the river.

T: Good try.

同法新授: hill-They can see some hills over there.

bridge- They can see a bridge on the river.

【设计意图:通过观察图片,运用can 句型针对Mike 和Tim在公园里还能看见更多的事物进行谈论和学习,并引导学生在谈论某物时可以介绍它的颜色、大小或位置。对应前置性评价目标2-

T: When we talk about something, you can say about its colour, size and position. Mike and Tim know more things in the park, lets chant:

 

 

 

2.Talk about the things people do.

当学生说到They can see a kite in the sky.顺势拓展What can people do in the park?(借助图片补充公园中的活动: walk the dog, have a picnic)

并说一说你会做什么和不会做什么:

 

 

 

 

【设计意图:通过观察图片和联系学生生活谈论在公园中能做的事情,并说一说你会和不会的原因,在交流的过程中,对于不会做的事情产生愿意去试一试的愿望,体现了英语课程育人的价值导向。对应前置性评价目标2-3-

T: People can do so many interesting things in the park. Look at them, how are they?

S: Theyre happy.

T: Yes, they all have fun in the park.

3.Talk about Mikes picture.

T: For Mike and Tim, drawing is great fun. Actually, Mike can draw very well. Look, he draws a picture of a park.

 

 

 

Mike and Tim are talking about the picture.

Try to be Mike or Tim to talk about the picture.

Step3.Practise(实践活动)

1. Talk about your pictures.

T: You know Mike can draw well.

And I think you can draw the park well too.

  Its time for you to share your pictures to each other.

 

 

 

 

【设计意图:通过和同学分享自己画的公园巩固所学语法知识,在真实的交流活动中让学生感知语法知识,运用语法知识,提升英语交际能力。同时引导学生对同学的绘画和英语表达作出恰当的评价,让学生参与到课堂评价中来,体现了评价主体的多元化。对应前置性评价目标1-2-

Step4.Extention(迁移活动)

1.Talk about parks in Jiangyin.

T: Your parks are very nice. There are many beautiful parks in Jiangyin.

   What parks do you know?

S: Zhongshan Park……

T: Lets enjoy a vedio.

  Today well talk about some parks in Jiangyin: Huangshan Lake Park ,Zhongshan Park and Ebizui Park.

T:Now you know how to describe a park. Zhongshan Park and Huangshan Lake park.
