二、教学目标
1. 知识目标
(1) 理解,掌握对话内容,用正确的语音语调朗读对话,初步表演对话。
(2) 初步感知句型与日常交际用语 Is there…? 及其答语 Yes, there is./No, there isn’t. Are there …? 及其答语Yes, there are./No, there aren’t. How many…are there…?; It’s on the first/second/third floor.
(3) 能正确的听、说、读单词:computer room, library, music room, playground, show…around, floor, first, second, third, student, classroom
2. 技能目标
(1)能够阅读理解故事。
(2)能够在理解的基础上表演故事。
(3)能正确地理解掌握对话内容,并能朗读,复述对话。
(4)能正确地运用对话中的日常交际用语和句型
3. 情感目标
学生在学习的过程中加深对学校的了解,并激发其爱校的情感。

(1)能正确理解、掌握课文内容,并能朗读课文。
(2)能正确地用所学句型描述学校,能尽量复述本课课文。

Step 1 Warming up

(引导学生用上节课所学句型: There is/are … 来介绍家里及教室所有的物品,激活旧知,同时为本课教学做好铺垫。)
Step 2 Lead in
1. Play a game : Look and say
(图片呈现学科类单词及房屋类单词,引导学生复习,为新课教学做好铺垫)
2. What’s in the house ? Guess ?

Are there any … ?
(通过对房屋内的房间的猜测,预设本课句型Is/ Are there … ? 同时在猜测中尝试运用新句型)

6. Guessing game 2 What’s in the school?
(呈现一张学校平面图,该图由6个不同的房间组成,但是学生不知道是哪6个房间。选择其中任意一张图,并用图上提示的句型Is there a/an…?/ Are there any…?来猜测,在此环节中初步感知there be句型一般疑问句的使用)
Step 3 Pre-reading

Today, we’ll learn Unit 2 A new student .(揭题)
2. Listen and read
T: Who’s the new student? Let’s listen and try to find .
(听录音,找到答案)
Teach: Nancy Black
Culture tip: 在英语中名字放在前面(称为first name),姓氏在后(称为last name)。因此,Nancy是名,Black是姓。
Teach:show her around ( playground—round -- around )
T: Yang Ling is showing her around . What’s in their school ?
