一、教学内容: Cartoon time , Culture time and Sound time
二、教学目标:
(一)知识目标:
1、学生能初步阅读并理解Cartoon time的内容,学会表演,明白Cartoon time的幽默之处。
(二)技能目标:
2、学生能在前两课的基础上会正确并熟练地运用句型 Will + 主语+ verb...?
Yes,... Will. \ No,... won’t. What\Where \how \How long +will引导的一般疑问句。
3、学生能了解并体会字母组合oy 在单词中的发音。
4、紧密联系生活实际,引导学生制定暑假出游计划。

1、能总结归纳oy的发音/?i /
2、了解英语国家的主要景点,介绍其所在的地理位置以及基本情况。

Step 1 Warming-up.
1. Greetings.
2. Revision:
T: Review some sentences in story time 。
Will Mike go back to London for the summer holiday?
Will he stay there for two weeks ?
Will Yang Ling go to Shanghai for the summer holiday?
Where will Mike go for summer holiday?
He will go back to London
How long will he stay there?
He will stay there for a month.
T: Where will you go for your summer holiday?

Step 2 Culture time.
1. T: You will find Uluru in Australia.
T: You will find the Grand Canyon in the US.
T: You will find Buckingham palace in the UK.
T: You will find Niagara Falls in Canada.
2、呈现乌鲁鲁巨石(Uluru in Australia)。
美国大峡谷( the Grand Canyon in the US)
白金汉宫(Buckingham palace in the UK)
尼亚加拉大瀑布(Niagara falls in Canada)图片,向学生介绍英语国家的主要景点,介绍其所在的地理位置以及基本情况。
Step 3 Cartoon time.
1. Let Ss watch the pictures carefully,then talk about these questions:
What does Bobby want to do?
Where will Bobby go?
How will Bobby go?
2. Watch the cartoon and judge.
① Bobby likes travelling .
② Sam has some exciting plans .
③ Sam wants to travel with Bobby around the world.
④ Sam is happy to take a taxi to the UK.
3、跟读录音,模仿语调。
播放动画录音,要求学生跟读并尽量模仿Sam和Bobby的语音和语调。

2、学生总结字母组合oy 的发音,[?i]
3、尝试说说其他含有字母组合oy 且发音为[?i]的单词。
4、鼓励学生读出其他没有学过的含有字母组合oy且读音为[?i]的单词: enjoy ,destroy ,coin, join, noise .
5. Tick for yourselves: I know the sound of [?i]
